When I installed PSI 3.0 a small address bar box with Arabic / Chinese type writing on it appeared on my desktop and taskbar. The only way I could remove it was to re-boot. Has anyone else any experience of this ? |

I have just downloaded the latest Secunia and the small window with Chinese script popped up and even after restarting it is still there. |

Exactly the same has happened to me. A small window with Arabic style writing and an address bar has appeared on my desktop and Taskbar. It does look quite suspicious. I have run a couple of scans and nothing seems to get picked up but I would prefer some reassurance that is is not a virus. | ||||||||

I carried out a start in Safe Mode and that has done the trick, the fiendish Oriental writing has gone. | ||||||||
