My wife and I have seperate user accounts on this PC and in her account the updated Google Chrome is not being detected. I logged in as her to check it and saw the program update itself in the About screen to 20.0.1132.47m. Why does PSI think it still has the 19x version?

Google always leave behind the old version. PSI has told U exactly where the offending file is.

DELETING A FILE OR FOLDER USING PSI VERSION 2

1. Open PSI>Scan results.

2. Against the programme marked as vulnerable is a + sign to the left of it.

3. Click that & it will reveal DETECTED INSTANCES.

4. Below that are two yellow folders. Click the one WITHOUT a red dot.

5. That will open Windows Explorer & U will be able to see the vulnerable file.
C:\Users\User2\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Appl ica tion\old_chrome.exe, version: 19.0.1084

6. Right click on that file & select delete.

7. Carry out a full PSI scan & all should be in order.

Thanks Maurice Joyce for your answer & help.
It worked for me too.

I have been a subscriber and user of Secunia for a few years now, after my son, who works in IT Security installed the programme on my computer.
I also have it on my other laptops.
This programme has been an immense help in keeping my computer safe and running well.
I recommend Secunia to all my friends and insist they download and use it to secure their pc's.
Thanks for creating a damned good programme without any side effects, etc.

Cheers,
Bren Donoghue
