I have PSI 3.0 on two computers, both running Windows 7.0 with all recommended updates installed. On both, the program just hangs after a scan with each program icon showing "Preparing Update". On one system, all programs show as uptodate, but on the other there is one that shows as "needing update." How can I fix or must I go back to V 2.0? |

Mine is still stuck at "Scanning for outdated programs... preparing scan". It has been there for half an hour. I do not think that 3.01 is a winner. | ||||||||

Does restarting or rescanning with the PSI change anything? If not, have you tried to restart your computer? |
