I have reinstalled Secunia PSI 2 and have tried to recover my profile. I have entered my user name and email address and clicked the link to recover the profile, but no confirmation email has been sent, so I cannot click the link.
What do I have to do? This is quite frustrating.
Never mind. The system eventually caught up and I have been able to recover my profile. I might add that this process is even harder when using the new 3.0.
Not a customer already?
