I'm using Windows 7 and decided to download PSI 3.0 from the official site. It installed correctly because the icon is resident in the taskbar. However, when I try to run the program from All Programs or from the taskbar it starts to load (Loading.....) and never gets any further (Not Responding...) even after a long wait. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but got the same result. Before I give up on it altogether could someone suggest a solution please? I'm using my new laptop and all Windows updates have been applied. Thank you. |

I normally use the Chrome browser but just now used IE9 to download PSI. It installed successfully and started up a little slowly and gave me a 100% safety score. Thank you. :) |

Pleased to see everything is in order. On that basis, I will lock this thread for U sometime tomorrow unless U post back asking for it to be left open. This will protect your mail box from possible update emails from "tag on" posts You can of course lock threads U have created. Just click the ACCEPT button in the post of the helper who offered U the best solution/advice to solve your problem.
