I have installed V3 for a view weeks now but there are no changes in the history file. Nothing seems outdated, nothing updated, nothing scanned .....? This can't be OK -- Ms Windows7 32bit \Notebook HP 6720s\1.6Ghz\3GB\CIS 5.x\ Asus Notebook A8\ Win8 64bit\1.9Ghz\8Gb\Cis5.x\ |

No thats not the problem. There is contact with your servers although the scan is very slow up to 10 min. There is contact All your 98 programs are up-to-dateLast scan: Wed Jul 18 2012 With the 2.x I got every week multiple updates incl Microsoft that I needed to do manually. I have to agree with this thread. After using version 2 for ages and being suitably impressed I have been disappointed by a program tht seems to hang. This morning it told me that I needed to manually update Shockwave V10.x. Opened Secunia up.- It looked like it was doing someting but half an hour later still doing same. After two more attempts went on to Adobe website and updated within 2 minutes. Will probably remove Secunia if no improvement. I know its free and I sound ungrateful but the old program version was so much user friendly. |

Richard, You are not alone. This Forum is awash with users disappointed by version 3. Secunia implied last week that individuals can pick & choose which version of PSI suits them best on the basis that V3 is not an upgrade from version 1 & 2 but a variant.
