PSI is a vulnerability checker not a general updater.

The "old" version U appear to have is stated as fully patched therefore Secunia will not advise U to update.

That status will not change until such time as Secunia are aware of a proven security flaw.

As U will note there is scant detail because the vendor has not disclosed the actual vulnerability.
