When I updated to the latest PSI Secunia I had it set to install updates automatically. Now I'm wondering why it isn't doing so? My computer is online 24/7, 365 & I'm on DSL. It tells me I have some programs that need manual updates, why? TIA :) |

The answer is in the FAQ where it explains some programmes cannot be auto updated: http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/personal... -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

I'll give it a try, but the last time I tried it the way it suggested,it just sat at about the 1/8th% point & I finally had to X out after an hour or so.Thanks for the help.:) | ||||||||

That could be caused because Secunia use an SPS silent install wrapper. If U get more grief just go direct to the programme vendor & update it normally. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |
