I recently reinstalled PSI 3 on my WIndows 7 desktop PC. After having removed prior PSI 3' s, I ensured my registry did not have any references to Secunia. Within Internet Options, Security, https://*.secunia.com is listed within the trusted sights. Secunia PSI agent is listed within services.msc as an automatic start. I do not use a proxy for my home pc. When I ran my first PSI scan, it merely states "preparing scan". My task manager lists psi.exe 32 and psi_tray.exe. There is not any reference to SUI. Any suggestions for completing a scan? |

There are not any drives listed. What causes this? I hope you have helpful information. Thank you. |

It will not work unless the drives are showing. To date there is no known cure to my knowledge - I remain unsure which file(s) have been removed that causes this problem. I have this problem with an old XP PC which I know was definitely caused by my testing of various alleged Registry Cleaners. Do U use or have U used a Registry Cleaner/Optimiser? I have been working on a repair for months. @Negali is also working on a solution here as well: https://secunia.com/community/forum/thread/show/13... If U want to use PSI I would suggest U drop back to the fully supported version 1.5.0.2 which should work. The link is below my Signature Block. Just activate it & let Secunia uninstall your current version/install the new.
