The ignore rule issue is a known bug. Secunia are working on a fix. What path is PSI giving U for the vulnerabilty? Open PSI>once open select Show Programs. U will now see a page full of programme icons or a list. Right click on the programme in error>select Show Details - that will open a box showing the path & version number of the offending file. U now have 2 options: 1. Write down the exact file path & install version - return to the Forum & type that information. 2. Take a screen shot & publish that. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

I am looking here: https://secunia.com/advisories/product/16848/?task... Everything looks in order. Are you sure PSI is indicating that programme is vulnerable? A screenshot would be handy to show the actual problem PSI has found. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

Thank you. Very interesting because I believe U are up to date security wise. I would leave this thread open for Secunia Support to comment. I think what they really mean is this programme is End of Life & cannot be updated despite them indicating that action. PSI 3 has difficulty in explaining to users the difference between: Totally Secure Fully updated by the user but still vulnerable. End of Life. If they do not respond to your thread tomorrow U should email them at support@secunia.com & request an explanation. Hope this helps. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

@Oldwarrior632 Your post has nothing to do with the problem reported by @hclarkjr. I would advise U create your own thread & explain exactly what your problem is with using PSI. @hclarkjr has the option of locking this thread once his problem is resolved which will protect his mail box by blocking all future postings. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |
