When I try to go to Forum I get an "Unable to locate an approprites web browser for the requested URL" and "An error occurred while attempting to open the specified URL" error messages.

If U want more help we need to know your default browser the OS & whether it is a 32 or 64 Bit System.

Thanks for the reply, I am using Win 7 Home Premium 32 bit, version 6.1.7601 SP1, Build 7601 and IE version 9.0.8112.16421IC. I could not find that registry key. Apparently, I downloaded Chrome by mistake and uninstalling it, removed some keys. I found MicrosftFixit50388.msi that fixed my registry. I have changed the key to this- http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/651/screensho... but now when trying to go to the Forum I get this page - http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/571/screensho... Thanks again for your help.

That key for a 32Bit looks OK to me. Which link are you using in PSI that brings up that odd looking web page in screenshot 2?
