Since a fortnight or so, my PSI 3.0.0.3001 reports the following:

Click to update
Microsoft XML Core
Services (MSXML) 3.x

Click to update
Microsoft XML Core
Services (MSXML) 4.x

Click to update
Microsoft XML Core
Services (MSXML) 6.x

(Windows Vista Home Premium, up-to-date)

When I click on update, I'm guided to Windows Update, where no updates are available.
What's wrong and what can I do to solve this?

TIA

Somehow the Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.x was patched after all.
From all threads to be followed, I could not understand the information. I was redirected to and fro through various threads, but they made no sense to me, may be either because of lack my understanding of the English language, or the complicated theory behind the MSXML versions.

Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 3.x and Microsoft XML Core Services (MSXML) 6.x still should be patched.

On the other hand, I downloaded CSI trial, which didn't report the two that PSI reported, so I leave things as they are: I just accept PSI keeps reporting 3.x and 6.x still; I won't bother any more.

Thanks for helping me so far!

Wait! CSI repaired both culprits, because now PSI reports nothing any more!
