I just came back from a month on the road, computer off during that time, to find that PSI 3.0 wouldn't open. It showed an error message that my address wasn't recognized and discussed proxies before closing. 3.0 had been fine and everything up to date before I left. So I uninstalled and reinstalled 3.0, grabbing the latest update, then rebooted. But that hasn't solved it. Instead, while PSI now starts in the Sys Tray (Win 7x64) at start up, when it's opened "Loading ..." goes on indefinitely. Any ideas? Thanks, |

Same symptom here with today's download of PSI3. Services show Secunia Update agent missing. PSI3 worked on this machine without problems with the previous 3 version. nvsoar |

Maybe their system is down or malfunctioning and our timing is bad. | ||||||||

@genegold99 I've got the same problem with psi version 2.0.0.3003......it was working fine a few hours ago. Now it's stuck at verifying internet connectivity....still showing red despite a restart. I think Secunia's servers must be down....sometimes they seem to be doin' "road repairs" at weekends. See what happens in a few hours...............regards.......... -- |

I have the same problem with V3.0.0.4001. If I try to open Psi, it tries indefinitely . Run Psi as administrator and it starts right up. This works for me. | ||||||||
