Hello all,

Last week PSI 2.0.0.4003 found 76 programs on my Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64 system, but now only 72 are listed. I have manually scanned again with the same result. As far as I know I haven't uninstalled any programs. Can anyone give me some advice?

I have no idea what programs are no longer found.

Thanks,
ManFromOz

Edit: The only programs that I can remember that were updated were CCleaner (free version) and SUPERAntiSpyware (free edition)

Secunia Support are aware of this issue - other members have the same problem including myself.

No comment has been made on the Forum by Secunia Support on this aspect. To date I have not received a reply to my last email sent to them last Friday.

Hi Maurice,

As always, I thank you for clarity. At least I am not alone. ;-)

I notice Google Toolbar is no longer listed. Also, I thought I used to see two versions of CCleaner as well.

I hope this helps.

I can add REVO uninstaller version 1.9.4 to the list of missing programs.

That has been noted elsewhere. Oddly Revo Professional does show.

I have now had a reply from Secunia Support. They are looking at the whole problem of missing programmes. Could take a while to resolve.

Some programmes have started to reappear but far from perfect yet. Secunia Support did indicate this could take awhile.

Yes, after a re-scan both versions of Adobe Flash Player are now listed, Google Toolbar has returned and Mozilla Firefox 16 is listed. Still no Revo Uninstaller though.

I am sure they will get it sorted eventually.

Secunia have confirmed by email that the "missing programmes" issue has been fixed.

I have tested it against PSI versions 1.5.0.2 - 2.0.0.3003 - 2.0.0.4003 & 3.0.0.4001 & can confirm that is the case including the display of Flash.

A full PSI rescan is required to achieve the results.

Confirmed here too!

I now have 78 programs listed.

Thank you for keeping us informed.
