Hi, I've installed PSI 3.0 on my PC (win7). The application is able to identify which applications are out of date and need updating and which are running the latest version. When I click update on a specific application (e.g. firefox 13), PSI updates its status to show that it is trying to update and install the latest version of the product, however nothing happens (PSI has been in that status for several hours). |
