"There might be problems loading the Java Applet in your browser." I keep downloading the latest version of Java and the download was successful, but it's still causing this problem. |

I suggest you first uninstall Java completely in Ad/Remove Programs. Then open your preferred browser and go to www.java.com and install the version of Java you are offered. Restart your browser and see if the OSI is now working. If still unsuccessful it would be interesting to know if it works when you try some other browser. |
