I run the online scanner often.

Today multiple times and kept saying needed to fix java and every time the downloaded updates didn't work and made the computer weird. I finally redownloaded java (both 32 and 64 bit for windows 7).

Now it tells me I have 14 errors when I run.

What's going on? How do I fix errors (it won't even let me copy and paste the errors).

the last few days every time I ran different.

The time before with several errors - all about my Norton antivirus program.

Last time 1 error about a document.

I think there is a bug in your system now and won't use for a while until you figure out what's going on. Especially, since originally, my problem was with your program saying I needed patches to Java that didn't work and made Java not work at all to the point I re-downloaded totally.

I run version 1.5.0.2,version 2.0.0.4003 & version 3.0.0.4001 on test PC's & there is no bugs with PSI regarding Norton AV. I have also run OSI.

All PSI does is report on installed programme meta data & certainly not documents.

If you claim it is OSI causing these issues why not post all the alleged errors to the Forum by screen shot?
