Hi,

I have just reinstalled PSI2 on one PC and am unable to recover my profile. A PSI message says [my request] was successfully sent, but I have not received a confirmation email.

My profile is activated on my other PC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Problem solved.

There was a delay for some reason, but I have now recovered my profile on this PC.
