Good day,

I was wondering if it is still normal for the OSI scan does not work with Internet Exploerer 9 (64bits) under Windows 7.

I cannot find a way to open IE (32bits) in Windows 7 for the OSI scan to work.

Please help me !!!

Take care,

I have just run OSI via the default 32 Bit IE 9 browser.

What happens if you click this link & then activate Start Scanner?

Hi

The OSI does not support 64bit browsers. Please see the link below.

IE9 32 Bit is the default setting for Windows 7. To use the 64 Bit browser you must click a link called Internet Explorer (64 bit).

The is no way that I know of whereby a user can set the 64 Bit version to default so when you click on the normal IE icon the 32 Bit version opens.

Open the IE you use> Help> About Internet Explorer - do you see detail like this?

https://akkkug.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pe71r0pW1QQ...

OR like this?

The difference is highlighted in green.
