I am testing the small business edition which uses PSI. When I log into the portal to view all the computers and change the name, it will not keep the name change after a user restarts the computer. Is anyone else having this problem?

I have something similar but have not/will not reported it before I do more tests.

In recent times when I open up the browser to check the Console I note that some of my Endpoints are asking permission for access despite the fact that this was granted months ago.

Once (re)granted I to have to rename them back to my preferred option. Annoying but not yet sure of the cause.

The issue of having to repeatedly accept endpoints that are asking for permission in the SmallBusiness interface is something we are aware of and working to fix. Iím wondering if the tendency to forget computer names after a restart is related. In any case, I have informed our developers in our current bug report.

This minor oddity also happens after an Endpoint full PSI scan. It is not consistent - from my tests Endpoints with a full 100% score do not appear to suffer - only those with less than 100%.

I log in to the Console using RoboForm2Go as do some of my Endpoints but have ruled that out as a cause.

I might add that since all my Endpoints have updated to V 3.0.0.7009 there has been a marked improvement of general performance.

The bug is not earth shattering but a fix would be nice at some stage.

I'm having the same effect: already accepted clients ask for access permission again and again. And the given name is lost each time...
This only happens with clients that have been updated to the latest build (3.0.0.7009), it does not happen to clients with 3.0.0.6005.
