Funny, when I first started trying xSI, I had the opposite problems - new PCs would never appear in the Requesting Access list in the console.
Now I'm having just the opposite problem - some PCs request access, I grant it, and either on the next refresh of the console webpage, or some hours later in any case, the PC is back requesting access again...
(Concrete example, the PC named "ALICIA1").
