For well over a year now, Secunia's free Reminder Service has not been working, as no reminder e-mails have been forthcoming.

This is my 7th post since last August inquiring into this issue.

Secunia representatives responded to my initial posts by acknowledging that the Reminder Service is "not working as intended at the moment," and stating that they are "looking into how this should be handled in the future."

Last December, a Secunia representative said that he had "no further information on this issue" and that he had "taken the opportunity to 'bump' our internal bug report."

Last April, a Secunia representative said that he "still [had] no further information on the issue," and that he had again "bumped" the internal bug report to "ask those who can actually address [my] questions."

To date:

1. there has been no further response from Secunia,
2. the Reminder Service is still not working, and
3. the Reminder Service subscribe link is still on Secunia's Web site, enticing people to subscribe to a service that isn't functioning, and that hasn't been functioning for well over a year.

Secuania, please -- this isn't rocket science:

A. If you're not going to reinstate the Reminder Service, just tell us, and remove the subscribe link from your Web site.

B. If you're going to reinstate the Reminder Service -- well, as Nike says, "Just do it."

Thank you.
