I can't complain much that OSI has been broken for so long. Secunia has provided it for free up to the point it broke and I am grateful.

However, the webpage should be either taken down or some indication that it is inoperable should be provided. Someone who is unfamiliar with the page's operation could easily be misled that a scan was successful, rather than broken.

I think your suggestion makes a lot of sense and I have previously suggested it to our developers.
