Secunia discovers applications that need updating on my WD Passport G: drive but then goes ahead an installs them on the C: drive when it knows the proper path to the current installation.

Any way to fix this?

PSI IMHO relies on vendor installers.
some of them Display/ask for the path, some do not.
Some check existing app location, some do not.

That the reason why I do not let PSI to do automatic updates.
I let PSI to do update for some standard apps on standard locations.
E.g. Flash player and thunderBird mail client.

For apps I know placed somewhere else, or I use portable approach,
I do it manually with package downloaded from vendor, or i use autoupdate appp feature.
