Hello,

I have installed Adobe Flash Player version 12,0,0,44 and Shockwave Player 12.0.7r148, the newest as the Adobe test sites indicate. Nevertheless Secunia PSI never-ending reports running updates of both of the programs. Repeating the scan doesn't help. What can I do? - Please look at my screenshots: https://db.tt/O1bvI0Aj

Thank you in advance,

Anselm

It looks like you may have remnants of an older versions installed that PSI will try and update.

You can check by doing this:

Open PSI>once open select Show Programs.
You will now see a page full of programme icons or a list.
Right click on the programme in error>select Show Details - that will open a box showing the path & version number of the offending file.

If an old file is found just do this:

Double click on the offending file.

That will open Windows Explorer & you will see that file. Right click on it & select delete.

Run a full PSI scan & the problem should be resolved.
