ausafa Failed to get update error when pushing Adobe updates on some clients

I am getting below mentioned 2 errors when pushing Adobe updates via SCCM published by secunia CSI

log file name updatesdeployment.log
Failed to get update (Site_BDA14C1F-92E8-44D0-A34C-09B33BCBADB1/SUM_76d c35b7-def6-4959-97ab-62bd2a3929fa) Article Id, error = 0x87d00215 UpdatesDeploymentAgent 2/26/2014 5:01:20 PM 4272 (0x10B0)

log file name wuahandler.log
Installation job encountered some failures. Error = 0x80240022. WUAHandler 2/28/2014 10:43:33 AM 6340 (0x18C4)


Please suggest how to troubleshoot this

Hi,

The errors you pointed out are not usable to identify the root cause of the issue.

Secunia usually uses the information at the WindowsUpdate.log or the SecuniaPackage.log files which are available at C:\Windows directory on the host.

Should the problem persist, please open a support case with csc@secunia.com to further investigate the errors in the 2 log files pointed above.

Please submit the log files along with description of how did you created your package, and whether you modified anything in the default template of your packages.
