Hi,

Recently my scan on PSI 2 showed that the above program needed updating and I should do so at the Microsoft Update site showed, I did that downloaded the newer file and ran it.

However after I running and closing the programs (did this twice), my scans still showed the same files as " end of life".

Any assistance on the proper way of updating the above named files will be appreciated.

The Sysinternals tools are not installed. You just download the zip file, unblock it and extract the contents to the folder you want. In your case, you would overwrite the exiting files.
