If you have backed up your program files from C drive to another partition, remove Foxit Reader from C drive and that partition before installing the update or PSI will still detect a threat with the program.

Why not just use the Advanced mode & create a ignore rule? PSI will still scan the backup but filter out the info.

If you switch to the Advanced mode PSI does a more thorough scan & I believe more applications. The more vulnerabilities PSI can discover & report so they may be repaired or removed, the safer the journey in Cyberworld. I'm sure after using Advance mode you'll stay there instead of Simple. As you've seen there's plenty of help here on this forum. Stay safe.
