In KB2963983 users are advised to raise the levels of Security in IE, tools, options, security for both Internet and Intranet zones. After doing so, Secunia PSI 3.0 will Not work due to the requirement for Active X. What is the website URL to be added to Trusted sites to enable PSI to work ? Note, I believe this must be done prior to raising the sliders to High or Enabling Protected Mode. Thanks. fang
PS: I am using Windows 7 Pro and IE 11.

Probably you would be better off using Chrome or Firefox instead of IE11 anyway-:) Cheers Peter

Hello Blake, Forgive me for Not being more explicit. I only use IE for Windows updates and whatever software continues to use that browser. I typically use Firefox ver. 29 or the latest version of Chrome. I just want to have IE 11 as secure as possible. Thanks. fang

Thanks fang, actually I am the same, except I no longer need IE as Win 7 has a dedicated update procedure which does not need IE, unlike the older versions

Actually there was a Win 7 update this morning updating IE11 which I would expect deals with their problem

Cheers!
