I had them and one more that Secunia reported it said to click to download
but as soon as I did that it went to another window,tried four times but
could not get any sense out of them.

With all the privacy items now being offered by the different browsers. It is possible that one of the features are holding you out from updating. For e.g. downloading multiple items one right after the other may trigger a security feature that the browser is under attack. This can occur with mozilla firefox if you are using add-ons for privacy.i.e. cookie and script control. Mozilla offers "allow this page" to deal with dowmloads.
BE ADVISED THIS A GUESSTIMATE
