I have created a silent package to update flash player versions from 12 to 13 after that users reported that they are not able to open flash related contents on Internet explorer. IE prompts to get flash player version 10 or above.

Please let me know is there any issue with updates for flash player via secunia CSI?

Hi,

We had few cases where the Flash package was problematic for some customers, but all cases ended up being independent, each with a different reason for the failure. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with concrete information on what could be the issue without having researched the issue at your end. We would also need more information on your case.

Please report all packaging issues to csc@secunia.com, as troubleshooting such problems usually requires internal information to be posted to us, something we wouldn't recommend you doing in the forum publicly. Please send a new email to csc@secunia.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to address the problem with you.
