When trying to start PSI3, I get the message "Unable to retrieve PSI User ID from Secunia"

Tried fixes from threads with the same problem with no success.

I can access https://psi3.secunia.com

Just did a fresh install of Windows 7 including IE11 and https://*.secunia.com is set as a trusted site in IE11 and scripting is enabled.

My default browser is Chrome.

The Secunia PSI Agent is running.

I have re-installed with the same results.

Tried fixes from threads with the same problem with no success.

Have you checked the PSI log to see if that pinpoints the problem?
