PSI has recently starting flagging GrapCaptureScreen as needing a manual update, end of life, and program discontinued.

It's true that the program stopped being supported long ago, but it still works and I still use.

I don't find flagging the program as needing to be updated useful when it can't be updated.

If I continue to use both PSi and GrabCaptureScreen, PSI will be perpetually indicating that something needs updating masking notifications about programs that can actually be updated.

Is it possible to put GrabCaptureScreen on an exclusion list or something so that it stops affecting scan results?

Assuming you use v. 3: start PSI, get to programs list, rightclick on the program involved, select ignore updates for this program and activate with a left clik. I'm not sure if this works for other versions the same way because it's a long time ago I used v.2.
