Hello,
On my computer, PSI 2.0.0.4003 considers Adobe flash player 13.x to be End-of-life, but Adobe do not say this on their site:
- here at "helpx.adobe.com/security/products/flash-player/ap sb14-16.html" is said: "For users of Flash Player 13.0.0.214 and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh, who cannot update to Flash Player 14.0.0.125, Adobe has made available Flash Player 13.0.0.223*, which can be downloaded from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-fl..." and also "Beginning May 13, 2014, Adobe Flash Player 13 for Mac and Windows replaced version 11.7 as the extended support version. Adobe recommends users upgrade to version 13 in order to continue to receive security updates. See this blog post for further details. http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2014/03/upcomin...".
- here "https://forums.adobe.com/thread/889580" is said the same and there are links to download the last 13.x versions.".
Hope this helps.

Secunia do not recognise the ESR version of Adobe Flash.

I have written to them about the issue - I will post back any reply or you can contact them direct at support@secunia.com

Secunia PSI says this program is "End of Life", yet no such program exists in this location nor any other: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32_13_0_0_ 214.dll.

I've closed and reopened PSI and everything which might possibly use Flash, rescanned PSI, rebooted, and cleaned the registry, but PSI still thinks this nonexistent program is still there. Is this a PSI bug, or what?

Your issue is not connected to ESR.

If you cannot find the file PSI points to via the traditional method have you tried using the Command Prompt in the Admin mode to identify it? Once found it can be deleted from there.
