Hi. I am legally blind and use a screenreader. I recently downloaded the latest version of PSI and found it is inaccessible with the reader.
Also when I contacted customer service about this, the representative I got, Soren Jensen, essentially said he would not work to fix the problem, claiming it was not possible. From the website it seems PSI is primarily a list of applications and a group of buttons to manage them, things which are definitely able to be written as text based and therefore screenreader compatible. When I wrote back explaining this he ignored my follow up. Hopefully someone here can be more helpful than that, any staff who could look into resolving the issue? Thanks so much.
