Forum Thread: thread spin when launching PSI from tray

teilo thread spin when launching PSI from tray

When launching PSI from the system tray (as a non admin user) the main app spins one of its threads whilst launching.

This occurs after entering the administrator account details.

The spin lasts quite a long time before eventually recovering. with PSI 2 I did not see this occur.

Win 7 64bit (+ patches), Intel quad core proc.

the base of this is within psi.exe

I have no idea what weird and wacky javascreipt etension is attempting to be loaded - but it appears to be written really badly.

If devs need more details will be happy to provide.
