As per title
When viewing the detailed view I would explect that clicking on "download update" would initiate a download of the update - but clicking elsewhere (on the program name) should bring up details not start a download.

And even worse after downloading the update it went a bloody applied it even though I have all my settings to notify only (as I don't want PSI to do it.).

That may be somewhat acceptable - but not if there is no way to cancel the operation (at least its in no way obvious in the UI...)

Shame - 3.x seems to be a big backward step from 2.x - which was a really solid application.
