I updated to Adobe Reader 9.1 today. A PSI advanced scan showed Adobe Air and Flash player as "insecure". I have flash player 10.0.22.87 which I believe is the most recent. I did not have Adobe Air until the reader 9.1 update. Can I safely get rid of Adobe Air without causing any problems. Do I need Air for anything? I'm not a web developer. Is the flash player I have the most recent? Thanks

I just did an OSI scan and it shows I have the most recent flash player and id not even list Adobe Air in the Programs List. Any body have any similar experiences?

Yes. PSI in Advance mode will scan more applications than OSI. As far as Adobe goes I think that's the most recent upgrade-I don't use the program I use Foxit Reader. To insure security I would use PSI in the Advance mode only. As I stated earlier PSI in the Advance mode will dig deeper & has some options to help you repair or rid your system of them.

Good luck & regards,
wr
