Can you help me with this. Did Java put this problem in or hacker. needs to be FIXED.

Java is not malware. It's a legitimate program used for various functionality, especially while surfing the web. The only problem is you have an older version on your PC somewhere.

If you don't find any listing for Java or JRE in your Add / Remove Programs, then most likely it's not installed. Please give us the full path of where it's being detected by doing this:
