Is it poss. to use winpatrol to at least foil the camera take over; if a victim of clickjacking? This would be accomplished by using start-up programs and disabling OEM02Mon.exe |

First you have to understand clickjacking:

So it is best to not get infected in the first place by keeping your anti virus application up to date and a malware prevention monitor like Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM):

Then it is up to you to decide if you want the convenience of the Creative Live Cam being active:

Windows Defender is also good to have and keep it up to date through its portal:

Thanks,YoKenny I am now running Avast,Malwarebytes,Winpatrol + Window Defender. Based upon one of the forums advise on layered protection. I also use Maone's No Scripts. So, I guess I am fairly protected and now that I think about it I could just remove it from start-up programs. (just a note: I didn't get an e-mail that you had responded.) Read up on this and see if a new forum should be started. 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server

** especially x.acme.com on a Google search. Winpatrol picked this up under "options" "view hosts file" kinda of interesting especially after being advised and using filehippo..

P.S. Read the computer world article
