On the Overview page I have 1 browser shown as insecure on V1.5.0.0. However all the other values where insecure is mentioned show a big fat zero.
Should these indicators show the insecure browser?
The insecure tab has no entries
The insecure item is only shown on the secure browsing tab and that points to: http://secunia.com/advisories/24314/

The problem is that there is no patch for this vulnerability. Until Microsoft patches this one, there is not much you can do :-(
But nice of the PSI to inform of us such problems -- then at least we can take our own precautions, when there is no solution to download

It was not the fact that there was no patch it was that the counters and other pages that show insecure counts and programs were not showing the browser insecurity. I assume that the secure browsing tab is there to filter out all the other programs so you can see it mor obviously.
