For anyone to help U need to give much more detail. Why can U not install these programmes? What error message do U get? Are U using PSI advanced or OSI? What OS are U using? XP SP3? Vista SP2. For anyone to help you , you need to tell them what your computer is , what system you use , what programs you have that relate to your problem and what Secunia PSI in "advanced" mode suggests needs repairing.
