This is terrific software, but I am wondering if there are any plans to make it "Portable". I am a retiree and I help my neighbours and friends with their computer problems, that is why I would love to see a portable version to install on my flash drive when I "go hunting". Thanks to one and all. |

I do the same sort of thing as U. Not sure how your request can be achieved - PSI is web based. I install PSI advanced for them & teach them how to use it or hook up to their machines via Radmin & activate the installed PSI remotely. -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

Thanks for the thoughts. I don't expect the "signatures' to be on the flash disk, which, I imagine would be rather expansive!! As for setting up such s'ware and hoping that (elderly) users will automatically update them and run them...........I'll start believing in the tooth fairy first. I've set up 4 computers and every time I visit the users, I end up refreshing all the s'ware myself. I've even set up tasks in the "Scheduled Tasks" and I find that 50% of them have not run due to the users not logging on t the appointed time. Oh well.........keeps me busy. Regards. |

I suffer the same problems hence Radmin & a remote connection. I have yet to work out how one 80 year old sent an email to her daughter in Canada & ended up removing the drivers from her printer! According to the lady in question this strange behaviour is caused when U press the send button in Microsoft Outlook - investigations continue!!! -- Maurice Windows 7 SP1 64 Bit OS HP Intel Pentium i7 IE 10 for Windows 7 16GB RAM |

Hi Maurice , Did the Email & the drivers all reach Canada safely ?? Maybe Outlook has mutated to Out of Sight ?? So many questions & so few answers . Looking forward to your update . Take care & Bonne Journée Anthony. -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |
