Hi canon,

Latest version of Thunderbird is 2.0.0.23 available here: http://www.mozilla.org/ I don't understand why you would have trouble finding the update as Secunia gives options to 'fix' most all 'problems'.
If you're using the PSI n the Simple mode, switch to Advance mode to take advantage of a really superb program. Pay no attention to the warning when switching to the Advance mode-if you have any problems just post them here on the Forum & there's plenty of people willing to help out.

Regards, wr

You should probably take a look at the installation path of the insecure version of Thunderbird.
Also, is Thunderbird showing up on several tabs in the PSI? That would indicate several installations of the program.
