I followed script by Maurice dated Aug.10,09 to update to Version 6 Update 15 with apparent success and also followed instructions for JAVARA to remove old programs: however after new scan Secunia is still showing both old programs located in Folder C:\i386\java.exe

Can I just delete these files? What is folder i386? I'm a beginner and in over my head.

What is the i386 folder?
http://www.andybrain.com/archive/mb/i386-folder.ht...

Enable ADVANCED in Secunia PSI then go to Insecure to display Insecure Programs then select + then Open Folder to reveal the insecure file(s) then delete them and remove them from the Recycle Bin to remove them.

Be very careful to only remove only the files detected as infected.

I did as you suggested; scanned again and Secunia no longer lists those files as threats.

Thanks so much.
