I just ran a scan; my previous scans showed a total of 50 programs on my computer. This last scan showed 74; all 24 additional are listed as microsoft visual studio.net active x (20) 7.10.3052.4, (2) 7.10.6014.4 and (2) 7.10.6030.0. What is going on? |

PSI has just added 14 versions (all patched) of the same files to my latest scan ; it also removed my security suite from detection altogether . If you ever had a pet dog , you may recall that it has it's moments of madness (usually around dusk -for mine) . PSI has these moments too . If they show as "secure" , no problem ; if they are showing as insecure check the installation path & post here for advice . -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

Secunia are currently checking into Visual Studio & C++ following the ATL file problems. Only guessing , but this seems likely to be part of their search . If you check the installation path of each version you may see that some of your essential programmes use these .dll type files. -- It always seems impossible until its done. Nelson Mandela |

Looks like the issue is fixed again, at least on my 2 PC's. | ||||||||
