I have put forward the Duplicate file finder in the Suggestion panel, numerous times over the last 1/2months approx....but to date it has not been showing up in scans/patched progs etc. I also have the Auslogics reg. scan which does appear, and have recently installed the new Screensaver Defrag, duly suggested for monitoring, and waiting to see. Is there anything else I should do which might speed the process up?

Hi

We're trying to add all the software suggested to our database as fast as possible.

There might be several reasons why your software is not detected by the PSI:

- You're running a beta version

- The file we use for detection is a bit different on your system compared to the one in our database

- It's being filtered from the results because of an ignore rule.

I downloaded the latest (stable) version of "Auslogic Duplicate File Finder" to see if there was an error in our detection rules, but the PSI found it right away.

I can see we also have the following in our database:
Auslogics Registry Cleaner 1.x
Auslogics Registry Defrag 4.x

Have you tried rescanning with the PSI?

Thanks very much for your reply and information. I will check out the various issues raised and let you know.
PS.
Have since uninstalled and re-installed the Duplicate File Finder. Secunia detected it....shown in a pop-up box: but it is still not showing up in a full scan.
PPS.
I havn't created any ignore rules.
