My Secunia program is telling me that that I have a Category 3 security threat with the above. I have down-loaded and reinstalled but I still get the warning. Anyone had this problem? |

Hi, eagle78.
1. Tried to uninstall/reinstall instead of upgrading?
Hope this helps.
Cheers.

Auto upgrading by Google or using the "about" update link within Chrome often/usually leaves the previous version folder behind ; simply go to the "Chrome\application" folder and delete the old version nimbered folder (only) .
You can run the "new version" installer without uninstalling ; but even then , you are not guaranteed to keep any/all your settings , etc.
Hope this helps.
Anthony
PS; if you are not using "advanced" mode , try it and you will see the problem more clearly . |

Actually, it was a lucky guess. I had a hunch. :-)

I guess you meant ... "The luckier you become ... in the long run ..." ;-)
It didn't seem straightforward.

Hi MT ,
In fact, the words I used became widely known when Gary PLayer , the world famous golfer , was told by somebody that he had a lot of lucky shots in a match wiinning round and he made that reply (he used "get" instead of "become").
He didn't run a lot but was very fit and really worked hard at practice , leaving as little to chance as possible .
Still takes a long "run" :o))
