Hi, does CSI 3.0 works with proxy authentication ? The proxy dialog is missing to enter the credentials. best regards Waspy |

To use CSI U have to pay. The link U gave points directly to that. Once U activate CSI on repayment it will work & U get direct support from Secunia. There was a trial beta of CSI but it ended on 31st October 2009. Home users have an option to use the free OSI or PSI. Your arguments sounds funny. Why it is possible to download a trial version, if it is necessary to pay before I can test it ? The real problem is, if you open CSI 3.0.1, it will connect directly to csi.secunia.com. But our proxy server wants a user authentication, but no popup appears to enter the credentials. After a timeout, there is also no GUI to configure something. Only a retry button..... If you are a sales representative of Secunia you can now explain me, why I should buy a piece of software if I don't know if it works in our infrastructure ? best regards waspy |

I am merely suggesting you are on the wrong forum if a Corporate user. This forum is for OSI & PSI users. CSI was offered to us as a beta in October - that trial finished in October. Have U checked all the details regarding testing the Corporate version? You are clearly a Corporate user - have you registered? http://secunia.com/vulnerability_scanning/corporat... As far as I am aware your company needs to register & use a trial product key provided to get full functionality. Hello Waspy , What Maurice Joyce has told you is exact . You do not have CSI Beta , it is no longer available ; it was made available to PSI users to comment upon , hence the threads on this PSI Forum . You are talking about having a problem with the commercial trial version of CSI ; not the BETA , but a trial version vis a vis trying it before you buy it .
