Is there a way to install psi on a usb thumb drive and run it from one as well?

It would be very useful if possible.

Thanks,

Brad

Hi Bradley;

On the computer I'm currently using, the PSI folder reports it contains 1.15Mb, so it should have no problem fitting on a thumb drive. The question is, why do you want to put it there?

If your hard drive is completely full I would suggest uninstalling any unused programs and running the Disk Cleanup utility. In "My Computer" right click the hard drive, click on "Properties". Be careful of the options you select, none are dangerous, a couple could be irritating later. The preselected options are safe. If you still need more space you may select the "Compress old files" option, be advised, those files will be slow to access in the future.

If on the other hand you just want to experiment, let us know how that turns out.

I think we have some crossed wires. PSI will not run from a pen drive.

Unless I am reading the PSI file dependencies incorrectly in its present format it cannot be launched from a pen drive.
